Listen: Who Cares Will…
Recently, i read a sad story of someone who says what she wrote on the internet, several years ago, before she met her “husband to be” has caused her the relationship she termed #haven and now she is at the verge, perhaps has lost a beautiful thing, because of her past insolence and nonchalant attitude ( yeah yeah, I know we can’t judge peeps by their past mistakes but not everybody think so).
I know when people say, “internet doesnt forget”, we tend to trivialize and brush it off because we think all we do is all for fun and when the time comes “they” will understand but, what we don’t know is that, that simple statement is vital for “aircheck” on the internet; if you want to make yourself accountable for what you put out on internet for future references. This is why you don’t have to get too excited to the extent that you loose guard on the internet or any social media platforms.
We should always remember that growth happens, I mean, growth is inevitable, before we carelessly spew what we can’t defend or will haunt us in the future.
In a nutshell, do not forget that your mentality/perspective change over the years (with time and space) as you move out and interact with other people of different religion, region, generation and otherwise. It can’t remain stagnant unless, you are a #Nonentity.
